Then I went to pay the bill today and said, you can't pay the bill because you owe $469, but I paid my bill last month and apparently I still owed to $469 last month. They were very rude, very mean.Mike perez is very unprofessional, and I don't recommend anyone to use that company"

"Thank you, Daniel for working with me ever so patiently. I went from paying Progressive $177 a month to $48 a month for state coverage for my 2009 Kia Spectra that I rarely drive because I work from home and my groceries are delivered to me. After my many calls to Progressive asking to decrease their rate, it would only last 1 year and it will go back to the previous rate with less coverage (I had full coverage, then, downsized). It wouldn't go lower than $166 ever! No accidents. No tickets. Their excuse, "You live in a high traffic area." And the lie I heard with every call, "There's going to be a new policy where you pay based on how many miles you drive." Ten years later with Progressive and as a "Diamond" member (which doesn't mean anything to me as a paying customer), no change. I was done! I put in a request for quotes online. Daniel was the only person that actually contacted me and gave me a quote without me asking for it! LOL - talking about bait! Well, others were sending me email to try for a quote, but a person never emailed with an offer. So, I took the bait. I asked Daniel, "what's the catch? A ridiculous increase next year?" He said, "No catch." He said, "no increases next year, in fact, another decrease starting January." That's all that it took! Today, I've accepted. He said, "Let's go call that woman!" He meant, "Flo." We were on a 3-way line with Progressive and I told Flo to go blow!! (I was polite.) They didn't seem to anxious to keep me. Customer Service just offered to EMAIL a quote. I'm done with email. I needed someone to call me! Amazing! Thank you, Daniel. I sent Mike a message telling him how hard you worked for my business. :) You are patient, caring and compassionate. Don't leave State Farm! Sinceramente, gracias! You made my day."

"Honestly the worse I have ever experienced, the staff is self absorbed and self serving. I was dropped for no fault of my own and there was no sorry no care . Then one of them called me to say that they would like me to come back after I had to spend almost 1000 dollars to get on with an insurance company at a higher rate . I asked for an apology and to wave some of the sign up costs and was informed that that would not be happening and we should part ways . This is why the insurance scam continues self serving people who just want your money. I will be informing everyone I know to switch thier motorcycle insurance away from them"
